Founded in 1991, the Henry County Arts Alliance serves as a field for fertile imaginations and has grown to include such diverse groups as The Henry Players, The Henry Community Chorus, and The Henry Writer’s Guild. Periodic performances, exhibits and special events by these groups allow participants and audiences alike to share in the pride associated with efforts of local creative talent. A performing arts center for the community was built in 1998.

You may also contact The Henry Players by phone at (770) 914-1474. You will receive a recorded message, but someone will return your call within 24 hours.

The Henry Players were established in 1991 when a small group of community theatre buffs realized their dream of forming a thriving community theatre close to home. The Players' first production, Hello Dolly was performed in the spring of 1992. It was a huge success. Since then, The Henry Players have continued to excel by providing quality entertainment at affordable costs. A totally volunteer organization, hundreds of local residents have graced our stage, played in our orchestra, and worked behind the scenes. Many more have enjoyed our performances. The Henry Players rely on season ticket sales, regular ticket sales, and sponsorships to present quality performances. Of the five shows The Henry Players produce each year, three of them are musicals. http://www.henryplayers.com/
